Our daughter’s Key Person went above and beyond our expectations in ensuring our early concerns were met, reassuring us and making things happen whilst she made extra efforts in getting to know our daughter and making her feel at home in the room as her new key worker. Just seeing how happy she is day to day and how fun she makes things for the children is great to see, it’s clear she’s passionate about her job.

The cook works so hard all day in the kitchen cooking lovely fresh homemade meals for the kiddies, she is always so positive and friendly. I really appreciate the work she does, the food always looks and smells fantastic and I love that my children get offered proper food at nursery.

I think all the staff are incredible at the Ark. Our experience has always been so positive with every member of staff. I feel at ease when my children are with them, they always go out of their way to make sure the boys and myself are happy and they are always so friendly and so positive. I think they are great and the boys love them.

As my daughter has been at the nursery for a few months now, I just wanted to express how happy I am with everything. All the girls are amazing. My daughter happily goes to any of the girls at drop off without batting an eyelid, showing how much she loves it.
